About the centre:

This Mildura centre is part of a warm, community‑focused regional hub, offering educators the chance to enjoy a relaxed lifestyle while working within a high‑quality learning environment. Guided by the EYLFs principles of Belonging, Being and Becoming and inspired by Reggio Emilia practice, this centres team creates meaningful, child‑led learning experiences that reflect the unique identity of their community. The centre offers long day care and early learning programs for children aged 0–6, and this permanent, full‑time Educator role sits within the Kinder room, supporting high‑quality, play‑based learning.

Child‑centred, play‑based philosophy : Learning is guided by children's interests and developmental cues, with educators creating rich, play‑based experiences that support whole‑child development.

Supportive and inclusive environment : Educators work in a warm, relationship‑focused setting where children are encouraged to explore, take safe risks, express themselves, and grow with confidence

Strong community connection : The centre builds genuine partnerships with families and the wider community, valuing cultural identity and strengthening engagement through regular communication and online portfolios.

Holistic, future‑focused learning: Programs include school readiness, creative projects, literacy, numeracy, science, technology, physical development, and social learning — all through a Reggio‑inspired, play‑based approach.

• A qualified Early Childhood Educator with relevant ECE experience.

• NZ citizen or eligibility to work in Australia.
